When you come to one of our stores, you’ll notice our dedication before you even step inside. With our safe and convenient Pro parking1, you’ll not only save time but also have added peace of mind knowing your vehicle and tools will be safe while you shop.
Have you called ahead?2 If so, our Pro team will have everything you ordered ready to go when you walk in the door. If you weren’t able to call ahead, don’t worry. A Pro Account Sales Associate (PASA) will work with you one-on-one to help you find what you need to get the job done right and get you back to the jobsite as quickly as possible.
For your convenience, we maintain dedicated Pro Power Hours during the first half of each weekday, which is when Pros shop most. During these hours, PASAs are positioned in front of our Pro Desk, on hand and at your service in an instant.
When you’re ready to check out, avoid the line and make your way to our dedicated Pro Cashiers. If you need help getting your supplies out the door and into your vehicle, tell your cashier. He or she will call on a Pro Loader to assist.

As they shop, PASAs can make suggestions on better or more budget-friendly products. They can even serve as an extra set of hands if their customers are pressed for time, helping them from the minute they walk in the door to the minute the leave the lot.”
